Happy Birthday to my firstborn

Twenty-eight years ago today, I didn't get to vote, since I was kind of busy getting ready to give birth at this very time of night - 8:43 p.m. - to my precious son. I also missed covering a couple of football games the next few weeks. Today this sweet boy is busy - covering elections as a newspaper reporter. Am I proud? Oh, yes.
